Classical Massage

This is the most famous massage and the one that attracts the largest number of practitioners worldwide. The classical massage involves three types of maneuvers:
sliding, kneading and tapping. These movements serve as the basis for many other types of massage and can be enhanced with the aid of oil or body lotion. The use of oil in massage can go beyond their lubricating effect and have a specific therapeutic effect, depending on the combination of aromatic essences. It’s a great massage to combat daily stress and all kinds of muscle fatigue.

Champi Massage

Champi Massage is an Indian technique of massage. It works the scalp, shoulders, neck, ears and face. This massage has been recognized in the West in recent decades as Indian Head Massage and has been adapted and used in large scale for its many proven therapeutic applications.
Its major benefits include combating stress, improving circulation and lymphatic drainage, oxygenation of the brain, strengthening and hair growth, elimination of headaches, combating insomnia and anxiety, muscle stiffness of the shoulders and neck and a profound feeling of relaxation and well-being.

Shiatsu

Massage Shiatsu (shi: fingers / atsu: pressure), uses finger pressure (acupressure) in certain
points of the body known as meridians in order to control the flow of energy and provide muscle relaxation. It helps reduces anxiety and stress as it is a great massage to release toxins from the body and improve blood circulation. When we are with our energy in balance, everything goes well. However, with our daily activities, our body tends to suffer a physical exhaustion that stops the flow of energy at certain points. Like the rivers of a city, garbage can accumulate at some point in its course and prevent the water from moving freely causing an excess of water being dammed.
With the meridians, the same can happen. Shiatsu works on these interrupted points of energy flow in your system in order to release them so that toxins can freely exit the body.

Tui Na

Tui Na is a real relaxing massage!
This practice employs massage techniques to stimulate or sedate the meridian points of the client, seeking a balance of energy flowing through these channels. The benefits of this art are broad and proven. It works on the emotional and physical level, relaxes the body and the mind and relieves
daily stress. People with circulatory problems, hypertension, insomnia or headaches, may leave this massage with a tremendous sense of well-being and relaxation. Showing no side effect, it is effective in combating and preventing diseases and increasing body immunity by helping in its development.

Ayurvedic Massage

Ayurvedic massage originates from India and is performed on the floor on a tatami mat. The therapist will use his/her hands, elbows, forearms and feet with the use of oils. It is considered a deep tissue massage. Ayurvedic massage helps to work on the posture, flexibility, tension relief, and also strengthening the muscle tone. It also helps eliminate toxins as Ayurvedic massage is a holist healing system.

Thai-Yoga Massage

Thai-Yoga massage is a Thai technique that combines the therapeutic benefits of Indian and Chinese traditions. It uses techniques of breathing, stretching and acupressure. The rhythm of this massage is slow and the intensity of the massage depends on the individual’s need for balance and well-being. It is done on a tatami mat with the client wearing comfortable clothes*
This technique is great for those who have stiff muscles and need to stretch the entire body. It also increase blood flow and gives energy while at the same time creating a deep sense of general relaxation for the body and mind.

Therapeutic Massage

This massage is Champi’s signature treatment and it combines the movements of 3 types of massage which are the sliding movements of Classic Massage, combined with movements of Shiatsu applied on the client’s back, along with stretching movements of Tui na Massage.
This is a very complete massage which restores the physical and energetic equilibrium of the body in addition to enhancing the body’s flexibility. It is a great massage to do after exercising.

Reflexology

Reflexology is based on the principle that there are areas or reflex points on the feet and hands that correspond to each organ, gland or structure of the body. By massaging these points with the use of the fingers, it’s possible to reduce tension across the body. The energy is always flowing through our body and when this flow of energy freely moves across our bodies, we tend to stay healthy but when this energy flow is blocked by tension or congestion, diseases tend to occurs. Some of the benefits of getting reflexology includes improved immune system, improved body circulation, increased energy, and stress reduction.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

This massage uses light pressure and long, gentle rhythmic strokes to increase lymphatic flow. The main purpose of doing this type of massage is to get rid of toxins in the body. It also helps to reduce swelling and puffiness and works on the prevention of cellulite.

Hot Stones

To perform this specific type of massage, heated stones are used, which are either basaltic, agate and / or sedimentary stones. The stones are used in conjunction with essential oils that assist the sliding of the stones on the body. The warmth of these heated stones produces a deep sensation of well-being and relaxation of the muscles, relieving muscle pain, especially in the back.

Therapies

Cupping

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Crystal therapy

Crystal therapy is an ancient healing system concerned with treating patients holistically through the precise placement of crystals on the body and the surrounding room.

Calatonia

Calatonia or Subtle Touch is a somatic psychotherapy method developed by Pethö Sándor. It consists of a sequence of touches on the feet: toes, soles, heels, and calves, or alternatively, on the hands: fingers, palms, wrists and forearms. Usually performed in about 25 – 30 minutes. It is the most popular of the Subtle Touch techniques.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils during the massage to promote physical, physiological and spiritual well-being. These essential oils are pure oils extracted from herbs and plants and are free of any synthetic aroma.

Bamboo Massage

The bamboo works as an extension of the therapist’s fingers. It has draining effects on the body and also relaxes the muscles.

Auriculotherapy

Auriculotherapy or ear acupuncture, is the stimulation of certain points in the external ear that corresponds to other parts of the body. This stimulation serves the diagnosis and treatment of health conditions in other parts of the body.

Bach Flower Remedies

Flower essences work on the emotional and mental state of the body. It supposedly treats problems such as depression, anxiety, tiredness, worries and fear.

Chromotherapy

Chromotherapy is the use of colors to treat illness. The lights used on chromotherapy are applied to the Chakras, which are points of energy on the body. Seven colors of the spectrum are used to treat different problems whether they are physical or mental problems. There are no side effects and it can be safely used by all individuals.

Reiki

Reiki means Universal (Rei) Life Force Energy (Ki) and is a type of energy therapy, known as “hands on healing” where the therapist’s hands are laid on the client’s body in order to restore the natural equilibrium of the body thru the exchange of energy between the reiki pratcioner and the client, thus helping promote a general well-being.

Champi Massotherapy is bringing to Brazil a new concept in massage, offering packages for R$110,00 a session.

How it works:
1) The customer selects a package of massages with a minimum of 3 sessions;
2) Then, the number of chosen sessions corresponds to the number of months that you have to do the massages without losing them. You can choose from three sessions up to 12 sessions.
3) By purchasing the membership, you are entitled to a monthly massage at a price lower when compared to the normal price of the same massage.

Example:
Normal price of classical massage lasting 60 min: R$145.00
Membership price of classical massage lasting 60 min: R$110.00 in a 6 session package

4)As an aditional benefit, if the client wishes to enjoy a greater number of massages during the period of his/her contract, he will pay for any additional massages the same price of his membership regardless of the number of massages that the client wants to do during the month.
That is, after the first massage of the month, all other massages cost only R$110,00 when contracting a 6 session package.
